In reply to Yetiboy01. Thanks for the comment Yeti! Yes, this review is for the 14s, we just need to switch out the photos. Thanks for the heads up! The 14s and the 13s do fit and function pretty similarly though. We've tested both models extensively. Thanks again for the comment and happy hiking!

Great review thanks, but was that a review of the Saucony Peregrine 13’s that are shown in all the photos or the Saucony Peregrine 14’s as in the title? I’m looking at replacing my Brooks Cascadi 16’s with the Saucony Peregrine 14 as the Brooks is painfull to hike in over 15klm’s on rocky & uneven trails.

In reply to Mark. Thanks for the feedback Mark! We agree that the soles are pretty soft and will wear down quicker than we would like. That said, we've still gotten hundreds of miles of use (over 600 miles and counting on my current pair), so we've found that they hold up well for us. The bottom soles of the Saucony’s I’ve run in are too soft. Gravel embeds in the soles, and when you pick it out at end of run, the sole is full of holes. I’ve ruined a pair of Peregrines and two pair of Ride-15s. Will not but Saucony again.
